Tayron is a compact SUV under the FAW-Volkswagen brand, known as “Tanyue” in Chinese. Both Tanyue and Tango adopt an expressive design language inspired by mountains. They have two main variations, the standard version and the R-Line version, with the main difference being the frontal design.
The all-new Tanyue, launched in October 2018, offers a choice between high and low power engines, as well as four-wheel drive models. As a compact SUV, Tanyue is equipped with a multi-link rear suspension system and offers various driving modes such as sport, off-road, and snow. This allows Tanyue to tackle various challenging road conditions.
In terms of features, Tanyue comes with standard cruise control and multimedia systems that support smartphone mirroring.
