How to Make Milk Pudding
Ingredients:
- 2 cups of milk
- 3 tablespoons of sugar
- 2 teaspoons of gelatin
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
Preparation:
- In a saucepan, heat the milk over medium heat until it begins to steam, but do not let it boil.
- In a separate bowl, mix the sugar and gelatin together.
- Add the sugar-gelatin mixture to the warm milk, stirring continuously until the sugar and gelatin dissolve completely.
- Remove the saucepan from heat and stir in the vanilla extract.
