Headteacher is a teacher in charge of overall work related to the students’ thoughts, learning, health, and daily life in a school. They are the organizers, leaders, and educators of a class, as well as the coordinators of teaching and educational work among all the subject teachers in the class. Unlike subject teachers who only focus on teaching their specific subject, the headteacher is fully responsible for managing a class in all aspects.
